The patio where breakfast is served opens at 8:30 a.m. and closes at 10:00 a.m. A generous breakfast is served every morning, featuring products from our own production or purchased from selected local producers.
Pool
The pool is open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Check-in
Check-in time is 4:30 p.m.–8:00 p.m. (3:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. if seasonal opening hours are applicable).
The property has only six rooms and does not have a 24-hour reception. Please arrange a check-in time in advance.
Check-out
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Late check-out includes luggage storage, towels, and use of the outdoor shower (check availability and costs with the property).
Late check-out with a courtesy room is available (check availability and costs with the property).
Animals on site
Podere43 is located in the open countryside, and although all areas are well-maintained, there may be cats that spontaneously frequent the open spaces of the farm, and their presence ensures the removal of other species. We appreciate your understanding.
